In order to begin collaboration, the potential co-contractor must submit such documents:
For management of used packaging and disposable dishes and tableware:

Two (2) complete and signed contract and appendix copies (one copy for each party);

Copy of merchant registration certificate.
For management of environmentally harmful products:

Two (2) complete and signed contract and appendix copies (one copy for each party);
- Copy of merchant registration certificate.
For management of electric and electronic appliances:

Two (2) complete and signed contract and appendix copies (one copy for each party);

Application for registering as a manufacturer of electric and electronic appliances (27.01.2005 Regulations issued by the Cabinet appendix no. 1002);

Authority (verification of companies’ existence in register of manufacturers of electric and electrical appliances).
Documents that must be submitted after concluding the contract:
For management of used packaging and disposable dishes and tableware:

Until 20th date of every quarter (January, April, July, October) co-contractors must submit report about types and amount of packaging and disposable dishes and tableware realized or used for economic activities in previous quarter (co-contractors with NRT exemption status must submit their reports only to „Zaļā josta” Ltd.).

For management of environmentally harmful products:

Until 10th date of every month co-contractors must submit report about the amount of environmentally harmful products in previous month.
For management of electric and electronic appliances:

Until 20th date of every quarter (January, April, July, October) co-contractors must submit report about categories, types and amount of electric and electronic appliances realized or used for economic activities in previous quarter (co-contractors with NRT exemption status must submit their reports only to „Zaļā josta” Ltd.).
Every year until 15th November co-contractors must submit their planned amount for the next year (used packaging and disposable dishes and tableware co-contractors, environmentally harmful product co-contractors, electric and electronic appliance co-contractors).
