In order to become a co-contractor of „Zaļā josta” Ltd. regarding management of packaging and disposable dishes and tableware you have to submit:

• Two (2) complete and signed contract and appendix copies (one copy for each party);

• Copy of merchant registration certificate.

After concluding a contract you will have to submit such documents:

• Until 20th date of every quarter (January, April, July, October) co-contractors must submit report about types and amount of packaging and disposable dishes and tableware realized or used for economic activities in previous quarter (co-contractors with NRT exemption status must submit their reports only to „Zaļā josta” Ltd.);
• Every year until 15th November co-contractors must submit amount of packaging and disposable dishes and tableware planned for the next year.
